Compare the share of new passenger cars that are electric across countries.
Methodology
Values are IEA Global EV Outlook historical EV sales share for passenger cars: battery-electric and plug-in hybrid vehicles as a percentage of new car sales. Country rows are joined by mapping IEA region labels to ISO 3166-1 alpha-3; World, EU, continent, and other IEA aggregates are excluded. Forecast years and 2030/2035 scenarios are not included. Map ranks are comparable-sample competition ranks among currently loaded countries. Missing countries remain without a value.
